I have a lot to lose
A whole lot. Like almost half of me. That’ll be funny when I can say I’m only half the woman I used to be.
My driver’s license said 150 pounds. It’s what I weighed when I got my first license and no one ever changed it or asked if my weight was still the same. Saturday I got a new license and told the girl to add a hundred pounds to what it said. She looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I was sure. I told her I was.
I actually wasn’t. I wasn’t sure at all what I weighed. So yesterday I weighed myself and while 250 is close, it’s still low. 28 pounds low. Yikes.
Yesterday my mom and I started counting Weight Watchers points. We’ve done it before and both had success until we both quit writing down what we were eating. My mom has gained back almost exactly what she lost 6 years ago. I’ve gained back every pound I lost (32) and then added another 48.
So here’s where my journey begins. With a lot to lose.
Good luck!!! That is great, now I need to do the same:)

I think it will probably help that you and our mom are both keeping track of points and food. You can encourage each other, plus keep each other on track! Good luck – you can do it! I’m proud of you.
