My thoughts:
I had three points left. I hadn’t had cream of wheat in ages. It was very good.

My thoughts:
I had one point left. Fritos don’t make me feel quite as sick as Cheetos do, but they don’t make me feel great. Too bad I like them!

My thoughts:
I had one point left. I should know better than to eat Cheetos. If I eat too many – and I did – I get sick. I was miserable a while, but once I threw up I was all better. So who knows how many points I actually absorbed. Note to self: no more Cheetos.

My thoughts:
I had 9 points left. I was still stuffed from dinner yesterday that I didn’t eat until lunchtime. I love big salads. They make me happy.

I had one point left. I wasn’t going to count points today, but I ended up counting anyway. We had a bit of a non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner. It was yummy.

Thursday, November 26, 2009 was my twenty-sixth weigh-in. Since it’s Thanksgiving I decided to weigh myself early. I don’t plan to count points today!

234.5 pounds (-1 pound, -43 1/2 pounds total)

Bust: 43 (-1/4″, -11″ total)
Waist: 36″ (no change, -11 1/2″ total)
Hips: 45″ (no change, -8 1/2″ total)
Upper Arm: 14 1/4″ (no change, -2 1/2″ total)
Lower Arm: 7 1/2″ (no change, -1 1/2″ total)
Thigh: 22 1/2″ (-1/2″, -7″ total)
Calf: 10 1/2″ (no change, -2 1/2″ total)
Neck: 12″ (no change, -1 3/4″ total)

I wear size 18 jeans and size large shirts.

I had 5 points left. I ate way too much summer tomato pasta, but like Mexican rice bowl, I love to eat it.

dirty rice (12 points)
marshmallows (4 points)

My thoughts:
I had 2 points left. Cinnamon rolls are entirely too many points for the size. The dirty rice was really good. By using ground turkey we were able to make it with a lot fewer points than with beef.

My thoughts:
I had 7 points left at the end of the day. The pork was surprisingly good. I’m not a huge fan of pork, but done in the crock pot with barbecue sauce I do like.

My thoughts:
I had 9 points left over. It was a typical Sunday eating pattern. I had breakfast and then a late lunch/early dinner and that was it. I wasn’t hungry.
